  • What time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: after 02.00 pm.
    Check-out before 11.00 am.
  • What kind of rooms do you have?
    Economy room, standard, excutive and suite.
  • What are the amenties of you rooms?
    *Economy room: located on the ground floor of the hotel, with balcony or window and only garden view.
    *Standard room: located on the first or second floor of the hotel, with sea view or garden view.
    *Excutive room: elegant room and nicely decorated with a new forniture (build in the winter 2006), all with balcony and garden view, large beds,  mini-bar, radio with 5 channel, sound proof, main door with elettronic key access, large tv-color.
    *Suite: This room are large and spacious with lounge area and private terrace overlooking the gardens, elegant  and nicely decorated with a new forniture (build in the winter 2006), all with balcony and garden view, large beds,  mini-bar, radio with 5 channel, sound proof, main door with elettronic key access, large tv-color.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, rates include buffet breakfast. Beach service and swimming pool, with 1 beach umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 sun lounger is also included in the price of the room.
  • Is there a swimming pool?
    Yes, a nice and big swimming pool with hydromassage is located in the hotel's gardens.
  • Is there a tennis curt?
    Yes, a nice and new tennis curt is located in the hotel's gardens.  Free of charge for all the guest.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Do you accept credit card or travel cheque?
    Yes, we accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Euro card, Diners, Amex, Maestro).
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, and Italian
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    3 floors and an elevator.

    Yes there are.

    Most rooms have a private balcony.

    Yes.

    Yes, satellite TV.

    Yes.

    Yes, each room has individual air conditioning. No extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail access?
    Yes. Free internet corner available in a lobby area. Free access to our wirelless internet system directly with your laptop.
  • Is there a private garden with patio?
    Yes.
  • Is there a play area for children?
    Yes.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes we have a parking garage free.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car directly at our hotel. Medium cost for a compact car is  45 euro taxes and issurance included.
  • Is it possible to visit by pubblic trasportation from your hotel, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompei, Positano, Sorrento, Vesuvio etc.?
    Yes, sure.
  • Is it possible to take road maps of the area, ferry boat and train schedule, broscure directly at the hotel?
    Yes.
  • Can we arrange a day trips to the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompei, Paestum etc directly at the hotel?

  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, the taxi costs 90 Euro. We have a free shuttle service from the Salerno railway station.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Salerno or Pontecagnano.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the train station?
    We have a free shuttle service from the Salerno railway station (only at your arrival and for minimum 2 nights stay).
  • Where is the nearest bus-stop?
    In front of the Hotel.
  • How far away is the beach from the hotel?
    50 metres.
  • Is the beach private or public? Sandy or rocky?
    Private and sandy beach.
  • Is the umbrella and sun-lounger included in a price?
    Yes.
  • Is there a fitness center (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not inside the hotel, but you can find all 4 km from our hotel.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Hotel?
    Yes.
  • At what time is served the lunch?
    From the 13.00 to the 14.00
  • At what time is served the dinner?
    From the 20.00 to the 21.00
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can get on the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes.
  • Are there other restaurants or bar nearby?
    Yes.
  • Whath is your cancellation policy?
    If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival, the price of the room for the first night is debited on the credit card . In case of EARLY DEPARTURE, there will be a charge for the days stayed PLUS two nights of your original reservation.
